  Really unpleasant experience with someone who appeared to be in a manager position, when I told her I had ordered a sandwich online, politely, and I wondered if I could pick it up from her, she seemed super frustrated with me and was rude in the way she asked for my name when I didn't hear her the first time. It's like I was burdening her by asking this simple question. Then she basically threw my sandwich at me and set here you go. What did I do?! Left with a bad taste.

  We love Hot Table, Hadley, MA. The staff always makes us feel welcome. My husband loves the mac & cheese, and the clam chowder. His top rating for chowder is a 5, but he gives Hot Table clam chowder a 6. I like the selection available for paninis, although I always get my standard turkey.

  My wife and I were moving my daughter back into Umass last week and she suggested this as a different place to try. Its a place I might have driven past but after we went in and I saw the menu I was glad she steered us there, lots of sandwich options. We got two medium sandwiches and one small plus three drinks for $30 bucks. It was more than enough food and the sandwiches were great. I would definitely go back. The staff was professional and friendly and the place was clean.
