- 3 / 5By Chan ChandlerChristmas Eve- While there was no waiting, the server was good and attempted plus selling methods of other products, but at 54 years young and having been to this site before many times during 14 years, I was overwhelmed that between my spouse and I for: 1 mixed drink, 1 tall beer, 1 small amount of tortilla chips with a tiney sauce cup of red and green salsa, 2 burgers, and 1 small cup (not their full bowl size) of bean soup cost $50.82 (~$60 with the tip added).
I realize now-days drinks are a kick in the pocket, but $9.99 ($10.99 with sweet potatoe fries) burgers each, and $4.00 for a sandwich bag size of chips and salsa (Wow)! For a burger meal(?), it will likely be a very long time before we (perhaps) ever return again.
"On the Border", we will definitely enhance our patronage, and yes please bring on all the in-house fresh-made tortilla chips and bowl(s) of salsa we wish to eat -and all before the meal. Here we come, before the week is out!
