  Staff were extremely rude. They are near 5 college campuses, and so hire from that pool of applicants (and typically not experienced servers). Food is decent, but servers are horrendous, rude, take forever, impatient with the customers, and when I didn't leave a tip the head waitress publicly called me out in front of the entire restaurant. The owner did nothing when I called to complain on two separate previous occasions, and this incident was the final straw. I have no problem tipping when the service is fast and pleasant, but there's a reason it's a tip - it should NOT be your primary source of income, your employer should pay you a fair wage and tips are additional for good service. As such, when the service is terrible, don't expect or demand a tip.
